YOU BOTH DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THE SAME CLASS; YOU MAY ATTEND DIFFERENT CLASS TIMES/DATES.

YES, you can still take a class(es) without a friend. But the cost will be $8.95 per class.

What is the Virtual Online Fitness Bootcamp?

 It is a group fitness bootcamp class that takes place online. It is a live and very interactive session where a personal trainer leads the group -- just as they would at our physical bootcamp locations. Through Zoom, our trainers  train people around the world and produce incredible results. At Belin Challenge Fitness Bootcamp, we have been doing the Online Virtual Fitness Bootcamp for 3 years as of 2017.


WHY SHOULD I TAKE THE CLASS?
Because YOU are going to:

1) Realize it is better working out in a group class on Zoom than it is watching a pre-recorded exercise video by yourself.  
2) It is safer working out with our online bootcamp class than at the gym (in relationship to Covid-19).
3) Reduce stress and improve your health.
4) Save time due to no travel to/from class!  It is a quick 35-40 minute class.
5) Obtain real-time feedback from our trainers correcting your exercise form and tailoring exercises to meet your need and own intensity level.



WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE THE CLASS?

A computer, laptop, cell phone, or tablet device connected to internet service. Have a bottle of water and towel with you. Dress in comfortable workout clothing and shoes. Exercise mat and weights are optional. We ask that you stretch before and after the class. The class will not cover stretching but a welcome email will be sent to you that shows you all of the stretches to complete.

Are all Fitness levels able to take the class?

Yes, indeed! All exercises are provided with 3 variations: one for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. Our trainers have over 13 years of experience in teaching fitness bootcamp classes.
What is a class like?

All classes are just like our regular fitness bootcamp. We do Circuit Training, Interval Training, Resistance Training, and Bodyweight Training. All classes are 30 minutes plus a 5 minute cool down. The cool down is a very relaxing mind and body spa experience. You will leave this session stress free and feeling great. 

Will I see everyone in the group?

Yes. It is just like a regular class setting. It is an inspiring moment knowing that you are working out with people from around the world. You have the option to view yourself, only the instructor, or everyone else.

How much do the classes cost?
During our Friends and Family Week (1/1/21 to 1/9/21), your class(es) is FREE with a friend joining you. 

Below are the prices for our 2021 Virtual Fitness Bootcamp once Friends and Family Week ends:

When does your 4-week January Bootcamp Cycle Start?
 

Our 4-week January 2021 cycle starts on 1/11/2021 (Monday). This is a week after the Friends and Family week (January  1-9, 2021).

Our January 4 week cycle will have the 2 for 1 sale. Two people split the cost of 1 package that participated in the Friends and Family week.

Tuesday/Thursday: 6:45am ET
Tuesday/Thursday: 10:30am ET

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 5:30pm ET

MIND & BODY SPA Relaxation 
"Cool Down"
Deep relaxation is as important as regular exercise and is therefore a logical addition to our class cool-down. Daily stresses can trigger physical and emotional tension that, if unmanaged, can harm your health.
Therefore, the last 5 minutes of the session is a spa relaxing moment where you are able to connect your Mind and Body together with tranquil music in a relaxing cool down experience. Some sessions include the instructor guiding you on a mindless journey to end up at a peaceful abyss. During other sessions, the instructor provides motivational and inspirational messages to help you jumpstart your day.
